ROMESS SE 14 Brake Maintenance Unit

The ROMESS SE 14 is a very robust, mobile brake maintenance device with a 15-litre tank. With the SE 14 all hydraulic brake systems and couplings of cars, trucks and motorcycles can be serviced. 

The brake fluid change takes place quickly and without problems. The complete ventilation of the brake system ensures the functional safety of the brake systems, including ABS and SBC systems. The smooth operation of the wheel brake cylinders can also be checked as well as the tightness of the brake or clutch system after repairs.

Description:

Optical level indication by acoustic signal when the minimum level is reached. Electrically driven pump: After the pump is switched on, the pressure builds up slowly. This prevents foaming of the brake fluid due to the low flow rate. 

Automatic shutdown of the pump when the minimum level is reached. Thus, air never enters the hydraulic system. A separation of the device from the vehicle is not necessary when the internal tank is filled, the venting process can be continued immediately. 

Stepless pressure control from approx. 0.4 to 3.5 bar with pressure gauge and low pressure test. Pulsating fluid flow of brake fluid. These vibrations enable complete venting of the lines, Since even the smallest air and moisture inclusions on the pipe walls are entrained. 

Automatic pressure reduction after switching off the device. The device can then be disconnected from the adapter without pressure by means of the quick coupling. There is no overflow of the brake fluid. The 3.5 m long filling hose allows for easy venting on any lifting platform. 

Easy handling – no training required, uncomplicated refilling.
